As a Business Support Administrator, your duties will include:

Set up and monitor new clients during the onboarding process using internal IT systems.

Support internal projects and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiencies and customer service.

Support and coordination of external training activities.?

Support data managementand maintenance of client records on our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Facilitate the production of robust Management Information to senior management.

Provide administrative support to the consultancy team.

Act as first point of contact for telephone enquiries.

Support internal IT systems.

Support external stakeholders using our systems.

Facilitate the production of robust Management Information to senior management.

Facilitate the ongoing enhancement of internal and external training materials.
-
Process Standard Client Due Diligence checks on new client accounts.
As a Business Support Administrator, you will have the following skills:

At least 2 years previous experience within an administrative role.

Demonstrable experience of customer service.

Experience of using company information internal IT systems, CRM systems, data management systems.

A keen eye for detail, a methodical approach and someone who is keen to learn.

A natural team player, adept at building relationships and consulting with internal / external stakeholders and third parties to establish trust and credibility.

Highly proficient with Microsoft Officeand diary/calendar management experience.
