- Manage Cabinet Members' inboxes and diaries, handling casework, emails, and meetings efficiently.
- Conduct research, draft briefings, and summarise information, ensuring Cabinet Members are well-prepared.
- Ensure smooth coordination of Cabinet Member meetings, including agenda planning, minute-taking, action logging, and venue arrangements.
- Proven experience providing high-quality briefing, diary management, and administrative support to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in minute-taking and action tracking for meetings.
- Excellent judgment, political awareness, and discretion.
- Ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local government structures and policy.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.
