This great opportunity allows the flexibility to work on a hybrid remote basis whilst training, (3 days in office 2 remote).
FULL TRAINING AND LAPTOP PROVIDED
Duties/Responsibilities -
- Manage your clients finances on a daily basis
- Topping up pre-paid cards
- Support in the application of benefits including universal credits/disability allowance
- Monitoring and setting up direct debits and cost of living outgoings
- To protect and promote the financial interests of our clients, ensuring full maximisation of all State benefits is received.
- Meeting with and building strong relationships with your clients
- Managing sensitive data
- Interrogation of records.
- Arranging payments on behalf of clients.
Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications/Experience -
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Empathy and ability to build rapport
- Ability to accurately carry out calculations
- Ability To Communicate Effectively
- Maths and English GSCE
- Strong organisational skills
- Good administration skills
- Basic DBS
