About the role:

  • Processing compliance and billing administration
  • Producing correspondence on case related matter
  • Log and maintain client data on management system
  • Process bills and follow up as applicable
  • Assist with opening new client files, including undertaking compliance checks
  • Collaborate with other departments as required

About you:

  • Strong client service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Organised and with strong attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise own workload and work to deadlines
  • Relevant experience within a law firm or professional services firm
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and good typing skills
