Description
The Client Services Officer will:
- Manage all aspects of the client journey, from pre-account submissions to ongoing account management.
- Ensure adherence to processes, procedures, and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and the wider business.
- Identify opportunities for client servicing enhancements and process improvements.
- Participate in operational projects and initiatives to maximise efficiency.
- Provide high-touch client service to the global client base.
Profile
The ideal Client Services Officer candidate will have over two years of experience in a client-facing role or KYC processing, with strong knowledge of KYC/AML requirements. They will possess exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and deliver under pressure. Strong communication and strategic thinking, combined with a proactive and team-oriented approach, are essential.
