Join a leading M&E service provider that delivers maintenance support across a framework of works in the commercial and residential sectors. As a Contract Support Administrator, you will be a vital asset to the team, ensuring that clients receive efficient and attentive support.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure routine maintenance is scheduled and maintained.
- Organise maintenance tasks such as emergency lighting and fire alarms across a portfolio of buildings/sites across London.
- Liaise with both clients and engineers to ensure processes are run effectively and efficiently.
- Order parts and machinery essential for project completion.
- Handle invoice processing and job scheduling in coordination with managers, subcontractors, and engineers.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the maintenance team, ensuring efficient operations.
- Manage a high volume of emails and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
- Participate in meetings as necessary, taking responsibility for relevant actions, and collaborate closely with the service delivery team to resolve requests and issues efficiently.
- Support contract managers with all WIP (work in progress) processes and coordinate any additional costs related to suppliers or subcontractors.
- Take full charge of the financial aspect of the job to ensure that P&L is met, invoices are paid, and charged correctly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the mechanical and electrical services sector or related fields.
- Must have proven experience handling the financial aspect within a contract support role.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn.
