About the Role:We are recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 Facilities Management (FM) client looking for an organised and proactive Contract Support Staff member to join their team at a prestigious university in London. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of FM services, supporting seamless coordination between the FM team, university staff, and contractors.

In this role, you'll handle contract administration, work order processing, financial documentation, and performance tracking, ensuring that contract requirements are met and services are delivered efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who is interested in building a career in FM within a dynamic and highly respected educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related queries and communication between FM staff and the university.
  • Manage work orders, coordinate service requests, and ensure timely task completion.
  • Process invoices and purchase orders, monitor budgets, and track financial records for contract compliance.
  • Prepare reports on performance metrics and contract compliance for management.
