Hours: 8am - 5pm

Pay: £17ph - £18ph (£35,000 - £37,000)

Location: Site based with occasional visits to office in Southwark

Duration: 3 months with potential to go permanent

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and document control software
  • Experience as an Administrator or Site Secretary in the construction industry
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with little supervision, manage priorities, and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of information to and from client portals
  • Maintain ownership of schedules for controlled documents
  • Upload and update technical submittals, request for information, and more
  • Issue project reports and track site documentation
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and the latest version of all documents
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner when interacting with clients
