About:

My client is based in South East London and operate throughout London and the South East, specialising in the supply and installation of ceramic wall and floor tiling, natural stone, vanity tops and mosaics.

Due to substantial growth, they are currently looking to recruit a Document Controller to assist their team on a permanent basis both in the office and on site.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be involved in but not limited to the following:

Office based:

  • Aconex/Asite/Autodesk/Project plus (main contractors management platforms) - Checking/updating.
  • Responsible for all the latest architect drawings on all projects Maintaining company CAD drawing folders/register
  • Site inductions
  • Submitting drawings to clients
  • Liaising with onsite logistics department Operations & Maintenance manuals
  • Maintenance of client project team details Live job folder updating on server.
  • Creating and uploading / sending benchmarks Creating weekly reports and programmes
  • Snag sheet completion
  • RDrive (snagging management tool) building Maintaining hard copy folders on all projects
  • Adhoc administrative duties for contracts managers

Requirments:

The successful applicant will be extremely organised and have excellent communication skills along with the ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word to a good standard.

They need to have a good attention to detail, the ability to stay calm under pressure, be good at juggling tasks, prioritising and be a great team player.
