PA - One-year fixed term contract

Hybrid role, 3 days office -2 days at home

Are you an experienced PA, available asap and looking for a new role?

Our client is a global executive search consultancy based in Mayfair, central London and they are looking for an experienced PA to join assist one of their busiest consultants in Private Equity.

Duties will include.

• Co-ordinating projects
• EA support to the consultant and other EA’s
• Formatting documents
• Assist with project management, liaising with clients & consultants.
• Complex diary arrangements
• Assist with arranging meetings and travel for external clients and candidates.
• Update a complex database.
• Manage a very busy inbox, liaise with candidates and applications.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English written skills and educated to A level or equivalent.

Have experience of arranging global travel and time zones

Must have experience of assisting at C Suite level.

Be confident, organised and want to be involved.

Experience of working in a fast-paced environment within Executive Search, Private Equity or Financial Services

Advanced MS Office & PowerPoint

Hours are 9 to 5.30

Salary up to £53,000 plus amazing benefits.
