- Act as gatekeeper to the CEO’s office
- Manage diaries and coordinate meetings
- Organise travel, including flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and itineraries
- Build relationships with external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting packs, agendas, and take minutes
- Edit and refine PowerPoint presentations
- Manage expenses and process reimbursements
- Support with event planning and logistics
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven PA/EA experience
- Finance or professional services background
- Degree educated
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Unflappable under pressure with a proactive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and discretion
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluency in a European language is highly desirable
