A fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity has arisen for an experienced EA to join a boutique private equity firm based in the West End, supporting 1:2.WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Act as gatekeeper to the CEO’s office
  • Manage diaries and coordinate meetings
  • Organise travel, including flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and itineraries
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders
  • Prepare meeting packs, agendas, and take minutes
  • Edit and refine PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage expenses and process reimbursements
  • Support with event planning and logistics
WHO YOU AREA personable and adaptable individual with a positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven PA/EA experience
  • Finance or professional services background
  • Degree educated
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Unflappable under pressure with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluency in a European language is highly desirable
