TPP are recruiting an Examinations Administrator on behalf of our client.

About the Role:

As the Examinations Administrator, you will manage all aspects of examination delivery, from candidate registration through to results processing. You will coordinate exam schedules, support examiners, handle appeals, and ensure compliance with established procedures. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage your workload independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with volunteers to collaboratively deliver operational objectives.
  • Event management (at an admin level) experience.
  • Escalating matters accordingly.
  • Supporting the team with any urgent areas of work as and when needed.
  • Scanning, collating materials and preparing boxes with materials.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive enquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Strong MS Office skills - particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • Database management experience.
