The successful candidate will be handling sensitive and confidential information, requiring exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
What you will do:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate executive's schedules, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritising meetings appropriately.
- Prepare, review, and process invoices using SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle expense reports and reimbursements ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Plan and coordinate complex international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and visas, as required.
- Organise and assist with company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements and materials preparation.
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, printing, and distribution.
- Occasionally assist with basic accounting and HR tasks as needed.
