They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support senior stakeholders and contribute to the smooth operation of various administrative and executive functions. The successful candidate will be handling sensitive and confidential information, requiring exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

What you will do:

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate executive's schedules, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritising meetings appropriately.
  • Prepare, review, and process invoices using SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle expense reports and reimbursements ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Plan and coordinate complex international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and visas, as required.
  • Organise and assist with company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements and materials preparation.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, printing, and distribution.
  • Occasionally assist with basic accounting and HR tasks as needed.
