Duties:

?? Client onboarding - introducing new clients and managing terms of business

?? Dealing with invoicing issues and esclating to the correct department

?? Calendar management and efficient appointment scheduling

?? Acting as the first point of contact for external clients and internal teams

?? Ensuring clear communication with clients to obtain necessary documents

?? Building strong relationships by answering calls and monitoring the inbox

?? Preparing and organising documents for applications

Requirements:

�? Educated to degree level or equivalent*

�? Articulate and effective communication skills

�? MS Office package skills, including Excel.

�? Excellent prioritisation and ability to work well under pressure

�? Highly organised and able to pick up new processes and systems quickly

�? Proven experience in administration is ideal
