An excellent, well-established organisation in South West London is now looking for a Correspondance Officer to join their team! You’ll process and respond to incoming correspondence, investigating any queries and providing a solution. This is a temporary to permanent role paying £12 per hour plus holiday pay with hybrid working 2/3 days per week and the potential for remote working (depending on performance).

This would be the ideal position for an experienced office professional or a back-to-work parent looking for a full time position! You should have some experience working in an office position with great proficiency in writing, either professionally or as a blog hobbyist.

You will be joining their exciting team in their beautiful office in a buzzy and sociable part of South West London, close to Public Transport. After the completion of an office-based two-week training, you have the option of working hybrid, giving you amazing flexibility and a brilliant work/life balance!

As the successful Correspondance Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to emails and letters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing general administration support when required.
  • Preparing correspondence.
  • Processing incoming/outgoing post.

As the successful Correspondance Officer, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent command of written English.
  • The ability to write letters to a high standard.
  • Blogging experience is desirable.
  • Previous experience of high levels of word processing is essential.
  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.

This amazing role is Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with a great salary of up to £12 per hour (plus holiday pay) with lovely benefits the company offers such as the opportunity to work from home. You must be able to attend a 2 week in-person training in South-West London.
