Due to continued growth my client is looking for a junior Administrator, who can support their team of senior paraplanners and financial advisers, on a day-to-day basis.

The successful applicant for the Junior Administrator role will enjoy the following great package with the following benefits:

  • Basic Salary up to £23K (dependent upon experience)

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience

  • You should have a minimum of one years’ office working experience (ideally within the financial services sector, with a focus on Investment and Pensions
  • Accurate submission of data
  • My client will provide full training.

Skills & abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • IT literate, especially in MS Office and Google tools
  • A pleasant and confident telephone manner
  • A positive attitude to learning, particularly insurance & finance
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A team player

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience with Intelligent Office, FE Analytics and MS office are desirable
  • A level minimum qualification.
