  • Reception tasks including greeting and welcoming clients and visitors
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Managing incoming/outgoing mail
  • Covering reception during breaks
  • Administrative support to the secretarial team, including preparing documents, filing and data entry
  • General office duties including scanning and photocopying documents
  • Ensuring the office and meeting rooms are tidy, loading the dishwasher, offering refreshments to visitors
We are looking for someone with:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 6-12 months office experience
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a proactive approach
