Our client specialises in financial planning and offers investment, pension advice and retirement planning to HNW clients. This is a fantastic industry to be within, with well-paid, secure jobs!

You will be working closely with their Senior Administrators, supporting their Paraplanners and Financial Advisors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all client files are maintained accurately and scanning relevant documentation
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Liaising with investment providers and obtaining outstanding information
  • Updating the company’s social media and website with marketing posts / content
  • Be involved in their weekly meetings to discuss cases and outstanding tasks
  • Provide clients with information and arrange their appointments to meet the Financial Advisors

Junior Administrator Requirements

  • You must be qualified to A-level standard or equivalent
  • You must have strong verbal and written communication
  • You must be confident using Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • You must have a positive attitude to learning and desire to join the financial services industry
  • You must have a strong eye for detail
