Our client is seeking a Junior Roadshow Coordinator to join their dynamic team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage logistics, coordinate schedules, and provide administrative assistance for roadshows and investor marketing trips. What you will do:

  • Manage travel, accommodation and transfers for analysts and corporates coming into London
  • Prepare travel documents and itineraries
  • Draft and send out marketing invitation emails to clients
  • Provide logistical support for roadshows
  • Coordinate multiple roadshow schedules simultaneously
  • Offer administrative support for investor marketing trips globally
  • Set up, host and log 1x1 and group conference calls/ virtual meetings.
  • Additional administration support activities as required

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of office work experience ideally within events management
  • Ability to organise and prioritise large volumes of incoming emails
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Exceptional administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Outlook Calendars
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written - able to remain calm under pressure and multitask
  • Attention to detail is key
  • Team player with a pro-active attitude
