  • Hours: Full time, 9.00am - 5.30pm (37.5 hrs/wk)
  • Hybrid Working: 3 days in office / 2 days from home

Leading Professional Services firm based in London is currently recruiting for a Support Assistant/Team PA to work within their Real Estate Team. Suitable candidates will have legal or Real Estate background with experience of supporting Senior Members.

Support Assistant Duties:

Working as a team to act as a point of contact for fee earners and the completion of their work, you will manage the workflow by utilising Administrative Assistants and Document Production, retaining ownership and accountability of all tasks through to completion.

Provide a high quality, comprehensive workflow management and organisational service to fee earners in the group and exceptional client service.

Requirements:

  • Customer/client service focused
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Proven experience of managing high level client facing tasks and priorities, with a hands-on, practical approach
  • Experience of working in a legal or professional services environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
