Legal PA - City Law Firm / Hybrid Working - Competitive salary + great benefits

A successful Law Firm, in the City of London, is looking for a proactive and diligent Legal PA to provide a high level of comprehensive support to a busy practice team, on a 10m FTC.

Key responsibilities as the Legal PA will include:

  • Proactive diary and email management
  • Arranging internal and external meetings and conference calls
  • Booking training and courses
  • Organising travel bookings and producing detailed itineraries
  • Liaising with clients and maintaining professionalism at all times
  • File / matter management and managing matters i
  • Preparation and management of documentation
  • Billing and financial management - assisting fee earners with billing procedures
  • Processing expenses and assisting with time recording
  • Updating the CRM database

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous Legal PA / Legal Secretary experience, ideally in a busy legal practice area although support in another legal environment may be considered
  • Available imminently and able too commit to a 10m FTC
  • Experience working for a number of busy fee earners at the same time is sought
  • Ability to achieve high standards in a very busy, deadline driven environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative, delegate well and remain calm under pressure
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced PC skills
  • Knowledge of document management systems, Aderant accounting package and digital dictation (BigHand) would be beneficial
  • Dynamic and driven nature
