A leading international law firm are seeking an experienced legal PA to join their employment and immigration team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious firm who offer a supportive and collaborative working environment.

As a Legal PA you will provide secretarial and administrative support to an allocation of fee earners and Partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Diary management and meeting coordination
  • Travel arrangements
  • Conflict searches, file opening and drafting engagement letters
  • Supporting fee earners with business development including the creation of pitches, presentations and supporting with events
  • Support fee earners with time recording, processing expenses and billing
  • Basic document amendments
  • Ensure the client database is accurate and kept up to date
  • Liaise with clients directly and arrange client meetings
  • Delegate work to relevant business services team

Work as part of the wider PA team to cover in times of absence

Key skills and experience:

  • Previous Legal PA/ Secretarial experience supporting at Partner level within an employment and/or immigration team within a law firm
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong communication and team work skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines
