A prominent UK law firm based in the city are now looking for a Legal PA to join their tech and commerce team supporting at Partner level. This team focus on some really interesting work with forward thinking and modern clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal PA to join a supportive and personable firm.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactive diary management and meeting organisation
  • Inbox management
  • Supporting with marketing and business development for fee earners
  • Client management - opening new matters and necessary compliance
  • Billing and credit control
  • Document production and creation of presentations
  • Ensuring the client database is kept up to date and accurate
  • Travel organisation to include creating itineraries
  • Liaise with clients and other departments within the firm in a professional manner
  • Processing expenses
  • General administration
  • Supporting other PAs within the team and firm where there is capacity or in times of absence

Legal PA key skills and experience:

  • Prior Legal PA experience
  • Excellent IT skills - proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail - particularly when working to tight deadlines
  • A flexible and collaborative approach
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise with those at all levels

This firm are offering a competitive salary and 2 days a week working from home.
