Legal PA

Prestigious UK law firm is hiring a new Legal PA to join the growing Corporate and Technology team on a permanent basis, working in the team to provide first-class support to the Lawyers and Partners, with a particular focus with the BD, Marketing and Events within the team. 

  • Up to £44,000
  • Stunning City office location
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 remotely

Key Duties for the Legal PA include:

• Arranging meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments, check rooms prior to meeting etc. and liaise with other attendees, both internal and external

• Undertake large and small copying requests and bind and finish copied work as appropriate

• Producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, attachments etc. from a variety of sources, in house style and in line with the firm's specific systems/procedures

• Producing and amending PowerPoint presentations, organisational charts, mail merges, Excel spreadsheets and graphs

• Proofreading and checking documents to ensure they are correct, in line with house style 

• Undertake all file closing procedures and process archive retrieval requests

• Maintain all filing and work areas in a tidy and orderly manner

• Assisting with the Billing and Credit Control process

• Communicate and liaise with Lawyers and Legal Assistants on file management issues

Key Requirement for the Legal PA include

• Previous Legal PA experience within a law firm

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong Typing skills

• Excellent Communication and organisational skills
