Excellent opportunity for a Legal PA looking for a new challenge in a highly regarded international law firm based in the city. This is a rare opportunity, due to low PA turnover within the firm!

The successful Legal PA will have prior experience in a similar role, supporting busy Partners, and enjoy working as part of a supportive and successful team.

This firm are offering a highly competitive salary based on experience, and 2 days a week working from home.

Key responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Inbox management
  • Meeting organisation
  • Time recording
  • Travel arrangements
  • Supporting fee earners with marketing and business development
  • Ensuring the client database is accurate and up to date
  • Liaising with clients, supporting with any basic queries
  • Supporting fee earners with billing

Key Skills and Experience:

To be considered you will have extensive previous experience as a Legal PA / Legal Secretary within a law firm.

  • Strong IT skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently liaise with those at all levels
  • A flexible team player
