A global and highly respected law firm based in the heart of the city are now looking for a Legal PA to support Partners and fee earners in their corporate team. The successful Legal PA will have previously supported at Partner level within a law firm with experience in end to end billing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary management and meeting organisation
  • Travel arrangements
  • Inbox management
  • Creating, formatting and proof reading documents and client correspondence
  • Processing expenses
  • Support with arranging small events
  • Preparing documents for client meetings (agendas and presentations)
  • End to end billing
  • File opening and AML/ conflict checks
  • Ensuring BD database is kept up to data and accurate

Key skills and experience:

  • Prior experience supporting at Partner level within a city law firm
  • Experience with end to end billing
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
  • A team player, comfortable building relationships with those at all levels
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications
