Experienced Lettings Accounts Administrator is needed for this residential Estate Agency in North West London. Must have worked within an Estate Agency within Lettings Accounts or Lettings Administration. You will be dealing with AML docs, ID's, AST's all pre-tenancy preparation, organising inventories, deposits, and all relating compliance. You will be organising the renewal process, along with all accounts support from invoicing, dealing with Landlord statements, rent demands and reviews, deposits updating the info on their CRM system. (some CRM experience is essential)
The successful Lettings Accounts Administrator must be someone who is interested in the property industry and wants to learn and progress, someone who can use their initiative in a confident and professional way liaising with people at all levels, making their own decisions independently and as part of a team. A highly organised person who has a flexible attitude.
