On behalf of our clients we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Estate Agency Administrator to join our their dynamic team in Kentish Town, London.

This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service at this busy estate agency.

As the first point of contact for clients and a key support for our sales and lettings teams, you will play an essential role in managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and supporting property transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Client Liaison, Act as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and warmth.

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and lettings teams, including managing property listings, preparing documents, and organizing schedules.

Property Management: Assist in property listings by coordinating photos, creating property descriptions, and managing the listing process on various on line platforms.

Diary Management: Schedule and confirm appointments for viewings, valuations, and meetings, ensuring seamless coordination between agents and clients.

Document Preparation: Prepare tenancy agreements, contracts, property inventories, and other necessary documentation with high attention to detail.

Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, and ensure compliance

You must have experience in a similar role to be considered for the position.

Full time office based Monday to Friday
