They are a not-for-profit mutual membership organisation who exist solely to provide a service to their members who all work for the medical community.About the Role:They are currently recruiting Membership Services Advisors (MSAs) to work in their Membership Services department. They are looking for Hybrid (Canary Wharf) and Remote (home based) advisors to join their growing team, providing high quality telephone customer service in a very complex industry. This role will commence on 13th January 2025 and the starting salary is £30,802. For this opportunity they will run their interviews and assessments on the week of 25th November 2024.The Membership Services department manage all aspects of their member’s subscriptions, from simple queries such as taking payments, to handling more complex issues such as providing advice on levels of membership. The role is within a busy contact centre and is predominantly telephone based, with some administration work to be completed after each call.Within the Contact Centre you will

  • provide advice on levels of indemnity.
  • update & maintain member records.
  • process payments
  • provide quotations
  • process applications

The membership department contact centre is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and we are looking for graduates to work shifts across those hours (the first shift runs from 8am to 4pm, the next is 8.30 - 4.30pm, the next is 9 - 5pm and so forth)About You:

We are currently recruiting for both hybrid workers (based in the office at Canary Wharf and working from home) and full-time home workers (please note that there is an initial requirement to attend the office during the training period)
