Operations Administrative Assistant                                                                                 Permanent £30,000 - £35,000 West End We are currentlyseeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administrative Assistant to join a lovely single-family office in Mayfair, supporting their operations and investment activities. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to assist with administrative tasks, manage office systems, and provide crucial support for investment-related initiatives, contributing to the organisation's financial and strategic objectives. This role requires five days in office. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination for senior team members.
  • Support the due diligence process, track investments, and maintain performance reports.
  • Assist with operational processes, including invoice management and vendor coordination.
  • Compile and analyse investment and operational data for reporting and insights.
  • Contribute to project coordination and the development of efficient policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administrative, operational, or investment-related roles.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with investment operations or finance is preferred.
