Operations Support Analyst

Join a market-leading property asset management company as an Operations Support Analyst. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of our Operations Department. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, rapidly developing office environment and will be instrumental in supporting key projects and processes.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist the department manager in delivering key projects within planned timeframes.
  • Conduct due diligence for new acquisitions, financing, and queries from homeowners or solicitors, ensuring accurate updates to the in-house database.
  • Generate and analyse reports from the in-house database and Excel, maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
  • Provide accurate reports to internal departments and external professional advisers as required.
  • Review and extract information from various sources, including leases and the HM Land Registry website.
  • Reconcile, identify, and correct data discrepancies on our in-house database.
  • Identify inefficiencies and collaborate on designing and implementing new processes to align with company standards.
  • Analyse workflows for automation opportunities, develop and maintain automation scripts, and coordinate with IT for implementation.
  • Manage and develop content for the company website, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain responsibility for database support and maintenance, focusing on data integrity, security, and optimisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, with a grade of C or above.
  • Degree level education is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in an administrative data handling role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of database management and process automation.
  • Proficiency in programming for automation (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating initiative and cooperative engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of handling customer service and professional correspondence.
