Operations Support ExecutiveRate: £18 to £20 per hourLocation: London - Hybrid (2 days per week in the office) Overview: We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Support Executive to join our team for a 5-month contract. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operational activities across various teams, with key responsibilities including purchase order (PO) management, social media ad account oversight, finance and billing process support, and more. You will also assist with project management, process mapping, and technical support. Full training on our systems will be provided.You will collaborate closely with the Operations Team Traffic Manager and help manage resource allocation, especially for editorial teams, while maintaining efficient workflows. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Audit Management: Own and manage system, tool, and user audits.Clip ID Management: Create, monitor, and report on Clip IDs, acting as a point of contact for allied teams.Data Handling: Prepare simple data analysis, manipulation, and reporting.Ticketing System: Use a ticketing system to track, triage, and respond to tech and admin requests (training provided).Issue Resolution: Use discretion to resolve first-line issues, escalating to the Operations Manager when necessary.Workflow Management: Maintain and improve administrative processes to ensure smooth workflow operations and best system use. What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn workflow management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team and form strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with basic finance processes (e.g., POs, billing) is a plus.
