Your Company:A revolutionary financial services business is collaborating with the talent acquisition team at NET Recruit, to search the market for an Operations Support Officer working in a remote capacity within the UK. They are a fantastic, forward thinking, yet inclusive business that puts its customers’ needs first.This role will operate within the front of house team, providing key support on processes and with stakeholder communication. The position is critical in supporting key processes and practices that will enable the company to deliver their high-quality services to customers and partners.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position, your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Supporting on the creation and implementation of governance and policies across the business, ensuring these are regularly reviewed
  • Managing key stakeholder contact channels, considered 'front of house' including via the phone and online web forms, ensuring that any stakeholder queries are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Assisting with the creation of a consistent training schedule for colleagues, coordinating the correct training for employees to ensure they can do their roles effectively, including both online and face-to-face training
  • Reviewing the company continuity plan to ensure this is fit to support the delivery of customer needs, and this will include the coordination and tracking of updates
  • Providing meeting support, by helping to prepare internal and external meetings, managing the agendas and monitoring actions that come about from meetings
  • Supporting colleagues within operational related duties across the business to ensure the seamless execution of projects and activities
What Will You Need To Apply:The ideal applicant for this role will have good previous experience in operations, administration and business support, with previous exposure to working cross functionally and supporting on projects. Applicants must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, alongside fantastic organisation and analytical abilities.What Will You Get In Return:For this outstanding opportunity, there is a competitive salary on offer, which will be highly dependent on the level of experience possessed by the successful applicant. This will accompany a fantastic remuneration package including an above market rate and highly desirable pension contribution, over 15%; there will also be a great holiday allowance, plus the additional bank holidays on top. Alongside this, the applicant will be eligible to earn an attractive bonus if targets are met.
