Our client, a flourishing family office real estate investment firm based in London, is seeking a Personal Assistant and Administrator to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm. As the Personal Assistant and Administrator, you will be at the heart of the organisation, supporting the directors and acting as the first point of contact for all communications. Your role will be essential in coordinating key administrative activities and streamlining workflow for the entire company. This is an incredible opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who can multitask and stay organised under pressure.

This is for boutique firm based in Mayfair, there is huge potential for growth within this role, as well as significant financial reward.

JOB TITLE: Procurement Administrator

CONTRACT: Permanent

SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the directors, ensuring efficient daily operations.
  • Coordinate and manage the directors' schedules, including appointments and meetings.
  • Schedule, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes for various meetings.
  • Assist in prioritising the executive team's workflow, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Be the welcoming face for visitors, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring a professional experience.
  • Handle internal and external communications, including calls and emails, on behalf of the directors.
  • Offer general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all clerical tasks.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry and administrative duties.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
