- Supporting four directors with diary management, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.
- Overseeing office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating events, maintaining equipment, preregistering visitors, and booking meeting rooms (with support from the EA).
- Providing cover during the EA’s leave and assisting with event coordination, inbox management, printing, and scanning.
- Handling delegated personal tasks for senior leaders, such as research or small personal bookings.
