This is fabulous opportunity to join the Investor Relations team within a global, multifaceted family office based in Mayfair. This role brings together the senior investor relations team and the role will take the lead in helping to prepare and schedule the IR roadshows and associated events.

It is a great opportunity to put your Investor Relations experience in to practice in new sector and really hone your events management skills.

You will be providing full coordination, diary and administrative support to the senior team, including working closely with the Head of Investment. Your involvement with reach from preparing briefing documents for the board, to updating and maintaining the investor relations database and of course coordinating the IR roadshows and Investor relations dinners.

You should have at least 1-2 years Investor Relations and roadshow experience, bringing with you a confident level of organisational support experience. You will also be conversant with board reporting at group level and be a proficient user of PowerPoint/Prezi as well as events management. This is a hands-on role and ideal candidate will love both traditional IR support as well as have an interest in developing a knowledge of and experience in project support./ board support or events. This role is the lynch pin of the IR team and you will be working with c. 4 VPs/ Directors so you should be confident with your internal communication style and be able to respond flexibly to changing properties within a dynamic working environment. Working alongside the directors you will also be acting as a key interface between the leadership team and wider office.

The role is covering for parental leave yet still has a true depth and breadth and gives an opportunity to have a real impact with the busy Investor Relations schedule for the various business ventures. We are looking for a bright, confident and highly skilled EA/PA who ideally has prior experience supporting an IR team. Experience in boutique Private Equity, Investment Management or Venture Capital this would also be valuable and could be considered alongside specific IR exposure. It is essential that you are positive, engaging and have a can-do attitude! You will be articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills as there will be extensive liaison with internal and external stakeholders both online and offline. A high attention to detail and creative approach will be essential and you will have the opportunity for plenty of self-expression within your area of expertise!
