This is a great opportunity to be part of an investigative team that supports developing and nurturing relationships with clients. This role is analytical, delving into data and reading through current SLA looking at potential or future pain points and tackling them to demonstrate care and support to give our clients the best service.

Skills, Experience and Knowledge

This is an entry-level position, and full training will be offered.

• An ability to go through contracts/SLAs diligently and with care

• An ability to go through all data relating to client contracts and the actual delivery to each client we are working with i.e. the number of referrals agreed and actual numbers to date, the levels of service and interaction, reviews etc...

• Patience and meticulous research regarding all communications; emails, CRM saved telephone discussions, delivering on promises and additional relevant information per project/ client

• To read data accurately and recognise changes in data from inception to current status i.e. recognising potential issues that may arise and sourcing solutions before they do or a raised level of referrals/ service to renegotiate terms

• The ability to create a briefing using the MS Office suite of software

• Experience in delivering your findings accurately to your Partnership Manager

• Ability to articulate and influence

• Excellent communication skills at all levels, when information gathering

• To support the Partnership Manager in the delivery of the information as and when required

• The ability to articulate the need for the renegotiation of contracts

• Excellent communication skills in English

• French & Spanish at a professional level is advantageous (written, audible and verbal)
