We are currently recruiting for a Practice Assistant on behalf of one of our leading US law firm clients in their London office.

This role is essential to providing high-level secretarial support and the ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills.

The position is a 12-month FTC offered on a full-time basis with a salary of up to £47,250, depending on experience.

Duties will include:

  • Providing one-to-one support to partners in the Litigation, Tax, and Debt Finance practice areas.
  • Managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Assisting with client billing, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
  • Handling confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations for the partners.
  • Developing strong working relationships with the partners and team members.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of working from the office every day for the first 3 months to facilitate relationship-building within the office environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised PA/Secretary with experience in a similar role to join a prestigious firm.
