Are you an experienced Private Client Administrator (On-boarding) looking for a new opportunity in the private wealth industry? Our client, a leading organisation in the field, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join their Administration Team as a Private Client Administrator.

In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking various client administration tasks and ensuring compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act and FSMA 2000. You will work closely with the Manager of the Client Administration Team and collaborate with other departments within the organisation, including Compliance, Paraplanning, Operations, and Accounts. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to summarise complex issues clearly will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake all aspects of client administration, including client record creation, data input, change request processing, review and approval of payment requests, and client reporting
  • Use XPlan or a similar software to manage workflow efficiently
  • Participate in the development and implementation of best practise procedures
  • Provide mentoring to junior members of the team, sharing knowledge of products and processes
  • Cover for other team members when they are absent
  • Contribute to ad hoc project work
  • Liaise with various departments within the organisation to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain personal knowledge and adhere to the organisation's procedures

Qualifications, Skills, and Behaviours:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar client administration role
  • A minimum of 3 A' Levels (Grades A-C)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to summarise complex issues clearly and succinctly
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office and XPlan (or similar software)
  • Organised and detail-oriented, ensuring appropriate customer outcomes are achieved and documented
