The role involves being the first point of contact and supporting the lettings and property management team with administrative tasks.Responsibilities:
  • Generate and issue tenancy documents.
  • Submit reference requests and handle tenancy progression.
  • Ensure compliance documents are uploaded.
  • Manage tenancy renewals and chase renewal invoices.
  • Handle maintenance calls and direct queries appropriately.
  • Register/close utility accounts for students.
  • Welcome visitors and maintain a well-organized office.
  • Answer calls/emails, assisting or redirecting queries.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure efficient filing.
  • Update property listings and create marketing materials.
  • Register new applicants and distribute sales/lettings letters.
Requirements:
  • 6-12 months admin experience (property industry preferred).
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Confident, approachable, and proactive.
  • Excellent IT and time management skills.
