Research Degree Administrator

End date: 30/11/2024 - potential for extension

Location: Euston (WC1H) - Hybrid 2 days office, 3 days WFH

An leading education institute are hiring a Research Degree Administrator to join their team on temporary basis

Responsibilities:

Within this role you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of research students records. The team provide administration support to postgraduate researchers from enrolment to award

  • Assist in ensuring the accuracy of all records are correct
  • Work closely with the wider teams to receive accurate information
  • To act as a point of contact for all stakeholders on research student records and procedures
  • Advise students on regulations and procedures related to enrolment and assessments
  • Administer pre-enrolment and re-enrolment submissions
  • Process withdrawals and programme transfers
  • Produce official documents for past students (certifications)
  • ad-hoc duties

Your experience:

Experience working within a higher education institution

Strong IT skills
