School Administrator

SANZA Teaching Agency are seeking an experienced School Administrator/ Cover Manager.

SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and organised School Administrator on behalf of a vibrant school in Hackney. This critical role ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the school and plays a key part in supporting staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

Booking Supply Cover: Managing the coordination and booking of supply staff to ensure continuity in teaching.

Admissions: Overseeing the admissions process and working with staff and parents to ensure a seamless transition for new students.

Exams & Assessments: Supporting the coordination of exams and assessments to ensure all runs smoothly for both staff and pupils.

What We're Looking For:

Essential: Previous experience working in a school environment

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure

A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
