We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Operations and Executive Coordinator to support our client school in Islington. This is an exciting role for someone passionate about helping young people from diverse backgrounds access the creative industries.

About The School:Two innovative schools, offering creative vocational education to students aged 16-19. Partnering with industry leaders like Netflix and Universal Music, we prepare students for successful careers in the creative industries.

Role Overview:In this role, you'll work closely with the CEO, CFO, and school leadership teams, supporting administrative functions and leading projects to improve systems and processes across the Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead projects to streamline systems and processes.
  • Maintain HR records and provide executive support to the CEO and CFO.
  • Collaborate with school business managers to ensure consistent processes.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Google Suite.
  • Coordinate meetings and track actions for senior leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in administrative support, ideally in education or non-profits.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite; familiarity with Asana is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
