We recruit School Support Staff for vibrant, inclusive, and forward-thinking educational establishments dedicated to providing a supportive environment where both students and staff can thrive. The schools we work with are based throughout West London and are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join their dedicated support team in a variety of roles, including:

  • - SIMS Administrator
  • - Finance Officer
  • - School Business Manager
  • - HR Officer

Key Responsibilities: Successful candidates will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the school. Duties may include:

- SIMS Administrator: Managing and updating pupil data, generating reports, and supporting with admissions and attendance systems.- Finance Officer: Assisting with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring efficient use of resources.- School Business Manager: Overseeing the financial, administrative, and operational functions of the school, ensuring compliance with regulations.- HR Officer: Supporting the recruitment, training, and well-being of staff, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring HR policies are followed.

Desired Skills & Qualifications- Relevant experience in a school or educational setting is essential- Strong organisational and communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and school management systems (e.g., SIMS) is highly desirable.- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the school.
