This Secretarial Administration role will see you part of a secretarial and office team on a 12 month FTC basis. You will be responsible for minute taking, diary management, document management, supporting of event management and liaising with senior external and internal stakeholders.

We are working with a not for profit organisation based in the energy industry looking for some additions in their Business Operations Team on a permanent basis.

Description

  • precise minute-taking
  • proof-reading and identifying mistakes in documents
  • take responsibility for managing meeting cycles
  • scheduling, agenda preparation and follow-up on actions
  • Collation and quality checking of meeting materials

Profile

  • be efficient and accurate in your minute taking
  • Excellent skills using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread effectively
  • have proven longevity in prior positions (stayed in a role for at least 2+ years)
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
