We seek an adaptable individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills and a commitment to learning and professional growth are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relations and Communications: Respond to enquiries via email, telephone, and online platforms. Send communications, including mail merges.
  • Data Handling and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, ensure data consistency, and handle data in compliance with GDPR.
  • Programme Delivery Support: Assist with event coordination, organise virtual meetings, and support day-to-day administrative tasks.

General Requirements and Safeguarding:

  • Uphold equal opportunities and inclusive practices.
  • Supervise junior casual assistants and contribute to a collegiate team environment.
  • Promote the welfare of course participants and follow child protection procedures.

Person Specification:

Essential:

  • Relevant L3 administrative qualification or office-based experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and willing to learn, with the ability to work independently.

Desirable:

  • Experience with programme delivery and event coordination.
  • Experience with a relevant sector body (TRA, Appropriate Body, training provider, or DfE).
  • Experience with databases.
