Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations and Communications: Respond to enquiries via email, telephone, and online platforms. Send communications, including mail merges.
- Data Handling and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, ensure data consistency, and handle data in compliance with GDPR.
- Programme Delivery Support: Assist with event coordination, organise virtual meetings, and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
General Requirements and Safeguarding:
- Uphold equal opportunities and inclusive practices.
- Supervise junior casual assistants and contribute to a collegiate team environment.
- Promote the welfare of course participants and follow child protection procedures.
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Relevant L3 administrative qualification or office-based experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and willing to learn, with the ability to work independently.
Desirable:
- Experience with programme delivery and event coordination.
- Experience with a relevant sector body (TRA, Appropriate Body, training provider, or DfE).
- Experience with databases.
