- Travel coordination including arranging travel bookings for underwriters
- Processing expenses and expense reconciliation
- Providing administrative support to the underwriting team including filing and scanning
- Maintaining accurate records of expense transactions and travel bookings
- Organising lunches, onboarding new joiners and attending off-site meetings
- Proven experience in an administrative role with experience booking travel and processing expenses, ideally in an insurance environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
