Team Coordinator - Systems and Risk

£28000-30,000 + benefits
Our client is well established charity that promotes the voices of older people through listening to their needs and providing systems which promote independence. Due to expansion, they are recruiting for a strong administrator to work across the business in terms of systems, compliance and risk. This is not a technical role, but it will require strong competencies around excel, databases and written communication. Any exposure to governance would be a bonus.
You will act as a conduit for the CEO to ensure the data provided is accurate and that timescales are running effectively. In addition, you will act as the first point of contact for any new enquiries to that team, and for any face-to-face visitors, looking for support.
The ideal candidate might have previous work in a similar role, for a not for profit or government organisation. You should have high levels of attention to detail, strong customer service skills in a business environment and will have a proactive, positive personality that can build relationships easily. Following your probation period, there will be the opportunity to work from home on a Friday.
Our client will consider Tier 5 visas (Youth mobility) with 2 years+ left as well as UK citizens. This is a very collaborative and friendly organisation in a trendy area of West London.
Salary is dependent on experience.
