As the Personal Assistant you will be acting as the right hand to 3 senior stakeholders of the company at Director level, managing a busy business workload. In return, you shall be offered an extremely interesting role within an integral part of the business. As the PA, core hours are 09:00 to 17:30 based in beautiful, modern offices.
Aspects of the post include:
- Diary management, organising appointments and international meetings, making the necessary preparations to support commitments including extensive travel and last-minute arrangements (international and national).
- Working closely with other PAs in managing diaries and running the board offices.
- Draft, prepare, distribute and follow-up correspondence, including taking dictation, inbox management and drafting emails on behalf of Director.
- Act as a first point of contact to those approaching the Director, responding and re-directing incoming enquiries when appropriate.
- Drafting letters, preparing research, and organising non-disclosure documents.
- Organising business trips - Domestic, European and International (USA, UAE).
- Setting up and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, improving them as necessary (both personal and business related)
- Assisting the Secretarial and PA pool when required (usually during absences).
- Other tasks, which may include getting lunch and coffee, setting up meeting rooms and making refreshments for C Suite guests/visitors
PA and Business support experience is a must, as is a commercial awareness of Executive Suite business practices in a corporate and professional services setting, ideally Financial Services.
This is a permanent position that will likely offer a hybrid structure post probation.
